Transunion the worst credit bureau in South Africa.....

Seems like transunion is sending generic emails to consumers with wording such as "we received credible information from the creditor that the information on your credit profile is correct ect" then they don't clear incorrect information and or prescribed information. I struggled now for a few years trying to remove a prescribed account, I lodged a complaint with the Ombud as I am sick and tired with transunion. I have on my record a account which I supposedly opened on January 1st 1900. And a person contacts the credit provider who sends a letter confirming prescription but transunion insist that there are no prescription. The account have been prescribed for over 120 years but still it is on my profile...... Something needs to be done about transunion... Transunion a tip hire better staff or train your staff.
