Transunion the worst

Transunion is useless. I've never come across a company like this who's just not bothered. I've been sending emails but no one bothers to reply. I get emails saying, If you want to follow up, use this ticket number.... Clearance Certificate was sent numerous times but no one does there work. Transunion there are people out there who would like to work. Your whole staff should be fired.
