Transunion - THE **** in terms of credit bureaus, but **** at updating records, and follow-ups!

Groan! Having had my FNB rant (hopefully sorted, but await physical confirmation) let me take on the Transunion Behemoth themselves, who dictate my creditworthiness to everyone! People, I have been trying to update the most basic details appearing on my credit profile for weeks! Come on, you have my latest POA, I have updated my employment record, plus my physical address details (versus the ******* previously entered), via several consultants over the past fortnight - and there is zero change! I have an account with you! The fact that I appear to be both divorced AND married to my ex-husband (whose first name still appears - no surname option - despite us never even sharing a surname) is irksome. Apparently this is a Home Affairs issue, although I have been (officially) married to my present husband since 2017! Almost half the consultants I speak to struggle with English, to boot. I am very disappointed in your service and will not be renewing my contract with you if you don't give me a good reason why I should. I can obtain an equally detailed credit score elsewhere, except that I have paid Transunion!
