Transunion systems gives false data from DHS system

Good day

All my clearance certificates and NCR clearance (DHS system) have been sent to Trans union. Firstly, they don't reply to acknowledge that they have received the certificates, so you end up holding thumbs that they have everything, secondly they can clearly see that the DHS system was updated from the screenshot we sent, with a reference number, yet when I disputed the fact that they have not removed my debt review status their reply to the dispute was that it's not on the DHS system. So this is now my problem, how? As a consumer, I can not get on the 'DHS system' to show the world that my debt is now ZERO. Why would I dispute the DHS system if my debt counselor had shown me on NCR that everything has been cleared. My status show 'F2' with a clear acknowledgement from NCR that all my restructure debts have been settled. Please help?!
