Transunion Systems and Processes slow and cumbersome

I constantly get emails and SMS's from TransUnion about my credit score. I have registered with them 3 years ago and have not accessed my account in a long time. Now when I try to log on its firstly impossible to get to the site as it is extremely slow. Secondly it wont let you reset your password even though mu details have not changed.
