Transunion should close down permanently...

Transunion may have been the staple in the past (and i mean a long time ago) now in simple terms they are the worst so called "credit bureau" on the planet, i have used Mycredit check as well as Clearscore, on both of these my credit score shows as "fair" and in the green, however recently i got a flurry of emails from transunion wanting me to login and verify my login or whatever, i did so only to be greeted by a "one time offer" to take up a years subscription to a safe identity app or something (which would then be billed monthly) i have to guess a quick way to get funds into the company right !! sinking ship and all... however thats not the best part, firstly my score shows as "unfavorable" and deep in the red, my info is all completely wrong and extremely outdated, on scratching around on the website i came across a small heading that stated the last update was in 2019 so four years ago for arguments sake, but wait, there's more... SADLY companies and banks etc RELY on this completely false information AND pay a premium in fees for the supposed service, i would think the onus lies squarely on Transunion to make ABSOLUTELY sure they are not only representing me correctly as an SA Citizen but ALSO that they are representing their customers with the best, most accurate and up to date information possible, these buffers if you like between us normal citizens and lending institutions be it car finance, home loans, credit cards, retail accounts, loans and so on is irrelevant for the simple FACT that they hold all the cards in terms of one's credit worthiness, in my opinion they should be audited quarterly if not more often to make CERTAIN that they are representing the SA people correctly and accurately ESPECIALLY as relying on credit at times is simply a fact of life. Transunion should quietly close their doors, concede defeat and exit a business model they are clearly no longer suited for.
