Transunion should be discontinued

I have lodged a dispute with all credit bereau's, 3 of them rectified the issue before transunion even acknowledged my dispute, this company should be closed as they are destroying people's lives and waisting our time and money, worst part is that I am an active member with them using some of their paid services but I get zero service from them. If they ever do reply to this they would say they have sent me a email to help resolve the issue but they never email!!
