Transunion servoce lever drops

I havebeen tryingtoresetmy details with Transunion ITCFfor over 6months. Tried self.help on webiste,calling call centre nut I never receive the reset. Feeling very frustrated by thoer service and assistance and I keep.holding for over 20minutes per phone call.
