Transunion Service nightmare

Good day,

My credit report details have been wiped twice in 3 months. It was fixed after 15 business days the 1st time just to be wiped a second time. I urgently need to apply for credit but keep getting declined. I have been struggling a week now to fix it.

And everytime I call the call centre no one of the escalation team seems to be in office

Absolutely horrific service
