TransUnion service is thee Worst! Very dissapointing

My Debt Counselor sent TransUnion my clearance in July 2020 already to date my debt review status has not been removed,I have been calling TransUnion everyday to follow up to date I'm still under debt review.This is holding back my plans and my future Im not sure if they realise how serious this is or they simply don't care, I'm at a point where I don't know what to do anymore!
