Transunion selling personal information
This company is sharing/selling your data to other companies. Just received and call from sanlam that about getting a credit card and the agent informed me that they received their data from transunion and that I am more than welcome to call them and complain. Not sure how this relates to the POPI act because I am not even a client of transunion

The NCA prescribes when bureaus can access and share consumer credit information, as well as when consumer consent is required. Where POPIA imposes additional requirements over and above the NCA, we ensure that data processed and shared meets all the regulatory requirements.
