Transunion Scores should be deemed *************

Removing a paid up judgement shouldn't take any longer than 7 working days (according to Transunion). On the 31st of August I submitted my paid up letter, it has now been 2 months later (and have submitted my documents 4 times since then) and the judgement is still not removed. I keep getting excuses as to how its my fault why it has not been processed (although they admit to receiving the documents) and I have email proof of all documents submitted. Its funny how service providers get to smother your name in an instant but we as the consumer have to struggle to clear our names. Who is checking up on these companies?
