Transunion safety compromise

Trans union is such trash. I’ve been locked out of my account for the longest time, their website always requests I submit documents to verify my identity yet I’ve never received a response. This is made even worse because my information was part of their data compromise but I can’t get access to the identity protect feature. I do not recommend using their services for any reason. Their safety protocols are nonexistent and they do absolutely nothing to promote ease of use on their platform
