TransUnion SA - After giving away most of SA private info the company response is beyond useless!

So TransUnion proceeds to give the whole of SA personal information away to a hacker because they couldn't be bothered to take security seriously. Then they send me a mail to say that they are offering Trueidentity for free to monitor what information is on the dark web. then I get a message to say some of my info in on the dark web and i must log in to find out what its about. Cannot find anything on the useless Transunion SA website! Tried calling your help line but cannot get past your automated system with queries that are unrelated. Tried talking to one of your agents via chat and am now being asked to send a verified copy of my id!!!!!! What a useless company . . . not to be trusted!!!!
