Transunion ruins people's credit worthiness

Guys I paid some R499 for a true credit nonsense,there's a dispute from Telesure group which I logged on the 7th May 2025,I received a letter or report that it shouldn't be there on the 4th of June,I called your people on the 10th to ask why a stupid dispute which isn't supposed to be there is still on my credit profile affecting my score,today is the 13th and its flipping there, can someone there who can actually do a flipping job remove that nonsense because I pay you a whole lot of money to give true reflection and not mockery, you can actually do me a favour and refund my money and keep on reflecting your hallucinations there and stop telling me about escalating the matter to whoever that's in kindergarden
