Transunion refuses High Court Order

I disputed a court order on my credit profile and was asked to fax through a copy of the correct court order. Which I did. A week passed and I phoned them to enquire about the status. I was told by Shanaaz Nkomo that she will not accept the scanned document because the court`s stamp is not clear enough, according to her. I asked her to send me that response in writing, so I can take it up with the High Court in Pretoria - who issued the document. She refused, saying that neither she nor her boss (Bongani Ngwenya) responds in writing to any disputes lodged against Transunion for information they publish on your credit profile...she will only send me an sms. I explained to her that Transunion is actually querying the validity of a High Court Order, so I need a response in writing for me to be able to get the court to RE-STAMP the document more clearly. She refused point blank. When asked to speak to her boss she responded that he will be in meeting for AT LEAST the next three hours. Her attitude stinks and so does Transunion and I have laid a claim against them with the Financial Services Board, who regulates them now.
