Transunion refuse to close and remove a written off Dmc909 account

I logged a dispute to close and remove dmc909 account, this is for the fourth time, transunion got back to me and claimed dmc has sent all documentation as proof to retain the listing on my profile yet dmc on the other hand has written off the account and sent me a closure letter. I asked the lady I got through to, the last time I called, I asked her if I can send through the letter I got from dmc, she refused and assured me that the account will be removed this time but now I'm speechless. The account is closed completely as per dmc but transunion is refusing to take out this listing under my profile.
