Transunion poor service! Can't access ITC!

I've been trying for weeks to get into my account and each time is says its blocked I tried resetting and calling is just as painful as Experian. IT SHOULD NOT BE THIS HARD TO GET INTO MY ACCOUNT TO SEE WHATS GOING ON WITH MY ITC! I HAVE A RIGHT TO SEE THIS AS IT EFFECTS MY LIFE! I Recommend someone contact me personally so we can resolved the logging in situation!
