Transunion Poor Service

I am really unhappy with the service received from Transunion. MyDebt Review clearance certificate was submitted on the 2nd of February and still I am flagged under Debt Review. All this after the Debt Repartment informed that my status will be cleared within 14 working days. This is really unacceptable.
