Transunion poor service

So I was under sequestration and rehabilitated and after many e-mails and faxes and phone calls and eventually contacting the ombudsman they removed the accounts, and what happened when I try to buy a car, they have put it back, and same story again and after the 21 days still nothing,. They are a very uneducated do not care people that feels nothing for you, They are very quick to give you a bad name but to remove it is frustrating and time consuming.
