TransUnion - Poor Customer Service

Please employee agents that are able to assist your customers and not drop calls or provide incorrect information. I've been given the run around from countless agents not knowing their processes. I need to submit 2 documents in order to have my dispute resolved...Can I get assistance from someone that actually knows what they are doing?
