Transunion please contact me!

I have now been struggling for more than a year to clear my name after sequestration and rehabilitation. I sent an email to Transunion with all prooof and all documents but in six months never received any response The ticket nr. was 224569. I need my name cleared and I provided all proof. to experian, compuscan and Transunion
