Transunion - Pathetic service

I am disputing an African Bank account dated since 2003 and phoned in this morning to request the form to be completed for the dispute. The idiot on the phone asked too many questions about the amensty etc and I clearly stated I wanted the form!Please send me the form for this! Or remove the 2003 African Bank account yourself!
