Transunion - outdated report

I have been out of debt review for almost 4 months now. My credit report still shows outstanding accounts and it's outdated! 23/02/2021??? I want my new credit report with all accounts that's been paid removed. I emailed and no one bothers to reply. Complaining to NCR doesn't help either. Update my credit report.
