Transunion OTP nightmare

I am beyond frustrated with the new OTP system that has been implemented by Transunion because it takes forever for the OTP to arrive at my email and by the time it does it has expired my login. And if i request for a new OTP, it also takes forever and i end up entering the wrong OTP. My account is now locked and i just had to call the call centre, using my time and my energy for a system that is clearly not user friendly. why introduce a security system that means your customers cant even log into their own accounts and end getting their accounts locked? if i cant access my credit report then whats the point of paying a monthly fee for a service i cant use anyway. This is highly frustrating and if this happens again i m cancelling my membership because right now i am paying for nothing.
