Transunion not updating profiles

Transunion is so frustrating, they have received paid up letters from Finchoice but still haven't updated my account. I called them and all they keep saying is that they dont have the communication from Finchoice even though it was sent on the 9th already. Who exactly is supposed to update the account? Nobody wants to take accountability.
