Transunion not updating my details

The biggest credit bureau in the country BUT also the one with the worst service ever!!I phoned on Monday to have my details updated and the consultant promised that my email will be dealt with before close of business on Monday. It is Thursday and I have not had any response. I have phoned again and was informed that my email "dissapeared" . I have also made contact with Experian on Tuesday and details were updated within an hour!!!You cannot compare the service between the two companies!!
