Transunion not updating my details

Paid up my debt almost a year ago and yet it's a struggle getting credit bureau to clear it from my name. Sent clearance letters countless times to Transunion but no response.

Escalated to Credit Ombudsman who then sent me over to NCR, NCR said all looks good from their end and I need Transunion to action from their end.
