Transunion not updating information

I have been trying to dispute negative information on my credit profile for months now with Transunion regarding my personal information. On my reoprt the Names Hermans Steph**** Laubscher appears, this is Incorrect and i have set proof of my name and surname a few times already. I have sent copys of my Identity with my full name and surname, yet this has not been changed at all. Negative payment history reflecting which is outdated, Transunion is not updating and it has a negative impact on my credit report. Please look into this and update information !
