TransUnion not updating anything!

I have been emailing begging phoning and paying for my credit report to be updated. First i am not allowed to email my clearance certificate so my credit provider emailed it then i was told it takes 7-14 days i waited then i was told it would be done and off my name 2 weeks ago today is 3 weeks later no reply from the emails no updates and im affected. They dont care how this impacts peoples lives something simple like taking a rental agreement i cant that moment we are 4 months in with 0 competency from TransUnion
