Transunion not unflagging my name

My ex wife went under debt review and by mistake my name was flagged as well. I managed to get my name removed from Debt review and at the National Credit Regulator. However I have been trying to get my name removed at Transunion since the 22nd of January . I have tried calling and the live chats chats. The only answer I get is that it takes 7 working days for their system to update the information from the NCR . It has been 10 working days and still no luck.
