Transunion not removing paid up debt

Transunion credit bereau is ruining my life and I'm sure many other peoples lives. I do not see the point in paying up debt if it is not updated.

I submitted a dispute last year and emailed paid up letters and the account is still under my profile.

I called the call centre only to be told to reopen another dispute

I did the same in January this year and April, the account is still under my name.

I approached Old mutual directly they submitted to transuinion and yet still the account t is under my name.

I called the call centre an hour ago, spoke to a rude man and told me I have to wait another 20 days. This is after I have on three occasions over the past year tried to resolve this.

Transunion you Ruin peoples lives!!!!

TU***- this is the stupid reference they have now given me. I refuse to wait an extra 20 days for something g I paid up and emailed to you guys last year 2018
