Transunion not removing debt review.
Transunion keeps on declining my debt review dispute although I sent all the documents to show that I am no longer on debt review. All credit bureaus have cleared my name except Transunion. My debt counselor sent a clearance certificate on 23 November 2023 to date there is no action. Instead Transunion listed 23 November 2023 as the date I went on debt review. Please fix this issue as it is having an adverse effect on my life.

21 Apr 2024, 11:36Thank you Transunion, after my hellopeter complaint my issue was addressed within 24 hours. The Debt review was removed and a transunion consultant called me to explain why they did not remove it when I lodged a disputed.
