TRANSUNION NOT PROTECTING CONSUMERS

I am a consumer that app**** for sequestration in 2019 because I as unable to afford to ay my debt as I was a single parent and it as just overwhelming for me.After paying my monthly instalments as agreed upon with my lawyers Scheepers lawyers. They explain the procedures to me I understood and agreed. In 2020 I was retrenched from my job at South African airways and I contacted my attorneys and explain my situation and we agreed that I would pay the outstanding amount in full after receiving my retrenchment payout which I did. They then explain to me that i will have to wait for a year to be rehabilitated which i understood. After that period passed they i was contacted by another law company JFS law saying they will facility the process from there going forward. All the documentation of the courts granting me the order was sent to me and i was suppose to be removed from ITC. To my surprise nothing was done when i app**** for rent because I was living in a very dangerous area and it was declined by most agencies. When i enquire from my attorney they said it will be sorted out within 21 days. After that has passed i contacted my attorney JFS law which was not much help so I went to the TPN offices to find out what was the problem and they were extremely helpful and said they would remove the listing after I provided them with all the evidence however the lady that heled me was very kind enough to make me aware that she picked up a problem with TRANSUNION. I again tried to contact my attorney which i was again dismissed and said that it was Capitec who refused to remove me from ITC. I then took it on myself to go to TRANSUNION offices and presented them with all the evidence and they say they will sort it out and remove the listing. After a couple of back and forth they told me i should sort it out with Capitec myself. If I presented all the evidence why is ITC not removing the listing and not doing their job. As a consumer i feel i was unfairly treated by TRANSUNION and Capitec i have been trying to sort this thing out almost for the pas 2 years with no avail. Im very disappointed with all parties involved that i cannot get the service that i paid for and deserve. TRANSUNION SHOULD PROTECT CONSUMERS instead they are doing the opposite
