Transunion not fulfilling mandate to update credit profiles
Transunion has me listed as being on debt review when I am not. Please advise me how can a company mandated to update credit profiles not be fulfilling their responsibility. The NCR needs to investigate this. You guys literally have one job and are unable to manage that portfolio. I was given ref number for my dispute: TU*** that apparently takes 20 days to resolve from sheer incompetence.

16 Nov 2022, 09:21The service at Transunion has been atrocious. My credit profile now has no credit score after an error on their part. I was advised this is because I have another dispute open. How do you solve one dispute and not the other. I will be reporting you guys to the NCR as for 4 years you have failed to update a credit profile adversely affecting my credit profile
