Transunion not fair at all

I logged a dispute with Transunion credit bureau for the 3rd time 20 working days ago concerning a DMC account that they say i have and have paid so keeping it from Prescribing i have asked for this proof of acknowledgement or payment in the last 3 consecutive years and they keep sending me a report without the creditable evidence that they claim have obtained from the creditor. I have never spoken to anybody from DMC so could i have kept this account from prescribing?. I find this highly prejudice as they have not provided thee original verification from the creditor that i have asked for and have kept this account active without proof.
