Transunion not allowing me to Dispute!!!!!

I'd score the service at a negative if the website let me. For 3 months I have been trying to dispute items on my credit report and the agents would not transfer me to the Disputes Department. When I eventually call in today, their systems are offline. When I ask for another way to contact the Disputes Department they say there is no other way. Closed accounts are still appearing as open and not updated. I have all documnetation but Transunion will not even be bothered. Not even getting into how rude the consultants are.
