Transunion non delivery : pathetic and unprofessional

I have purchased a transunion annual product however my product is still not active. I was told to send proof of payment to Jamiel weasels but nothing happened. Subsequent to that I made a call and was told that my it will be activated by end of day 2 days ago. This is pathetic as I am entitled to the product I have purchased.
