Transunion - no service or help

Had the worst experience so far with Transunion.

Since 2022 when the hack happened accounts and things have been opened on my name. The effort it takes to get these things stopped is just crazy.

At the time transunion because of the data leak wanted to give people a one year free subscription because of the leak. What does that help of a person now sits with endless hassles.

Been 2 years and till today I sit with issues. Spend more than 400/500 minutes to institutiona and transunion. Everytime same process of ID / proof of address/ even a persons signatures which could leak again.

Not to mention now after i got affidavit yesterday they want a case opened before they help me?

Come now it was not me who lost details. You guys need to do more effort to sort these kinds of things. Not even my login works or password reset to check a credit report.
