Transunion no care

Transunion pretend to help... but no feedback.. someone used my details as an identity stole my identity for a hospital account but this account t doesn't belong to me.. I been defaulted for an account that doesn't belong to me.. I did an dispute.. I've been doing affidavits and forwarding my requested documents..

I logged a complaint to hellopeter a gentleman called me stated my situation and he said he will clear my name if he received my documents again.. got confirmation off all documents received but the default still under my name.. this was id ***** that took place under my name

Im not happy now I get blocked everywhere
