Transunion Nightmare

In February this year some information of mine was sent to Transunion for them to update my profile on their system. I have been following up for 9 months for this to be sorted. However they keep giving me the excuses that the information was not recieved. I asked for a supervisor twice. Or for an alternative email address I send information to. But I get nothing and no where!!!!!! They keep asking me to log a dispute. But why? The information Transunion requires was sent. Disgusting service.
