Transunion must never be trusted as a credit bureau

To this day transunion still cant explain why why deducted 36 points from the credit score for paying off a woolworths account. They called me towards the end of june after my initial complaint , and I asked where is the logic. The famous last words from their agent were: 'I've escalated this matter to my manager, she will call you back' Manager if you're reading this, PLEASE CALL ME!!!
