Transunion MIA???

I have joined transunion 2014. A month ago I contacted them to get a credit report. They did not even put in a little effort to assist me in any way. Only when i gave them a call and said i will pay for a credit report they dis not waste any time to get me the details on how i should make the payment. Long story short, no one has ever since contacted me or rep**** or respond to any of my emails and calls. I have uploaded four receipts wich i paid to them just to get my report. This is by far the word service i have ever received from a so called proffesional whatever.. i would appreciate if some can just help me to rid myself totally from them. Thanks you
