Transunion makes false promise

2 enquiries in the last 2 months, one paid up account, one up to date account and transunion rewarded me with - 36 points on my credit score. I previously complained about this, someone called me 2 weeks ago and couldn't explain this either. He said he will escalate to his manager and get back to me. Im still waiting
