Transunion lying to the public and loyal paying customers

I have been contacted by Transunion agents in the past month, just last week i spoke to a Tebogo i think was his name and he ensured me that all flags and or adverse information have been removed from my profile. A person working at creditgateway has just checked my profile and still a flag on my profile at Transunion that of Debt Review etc. How can an credit company blatantly lie in your face to you. Transunion please proof the opposite and send me my profile of Transunion, showing that all listings have been cleared from my name. Does Transunion believe in Ethics, honesty and people, or am i being victimized by Transunion
