Transunion listing people without consulting the person being listed and without verifying facts.

Transunion lists people after receiving instruction from a third party with no verification of facts or consultation with the person that they are listing. Eazi Access and BCM recently listed me for a transaction that was **********ly done on my name. Transunion listed me without taking the time to verify whether any information given by Eazi Access and BCM had any merit. My life is now on hold because of a ********** listing and all Transunion can tell me is they have logged a dispute. The dispute is too little too late. The damage is already done. Transunion needs to consult with all parties concerned before listing anyone in order to avoid situations like this that are messing up people lives and adding to the woes of our economy. I urge government to look into this and make the necessary changes to legislation that will bring an end to the chaos caused by this largely unregulated industry.
