Transunion lack of customer service

I have been trying for months to update my personal details and my email and they just don't get back to you. Now I cannot access my online profile as it still reflects my old email address. It sends my OTP to that email as well which is no longer in existence. Phoning doesn't help they put you through to a robot. Emails don't get responded to and I have paid for the year to access my profile anytime.
