Transunion ITC is not Efficient

I have logged a dispute to remove a judgement on 12 March 2018 and was given the following ticket number: ********** ********** -01. After 20 days I gave them a call to check the status of my dispute and I was told that the court stamp in one of the documens is not clear and I need to re-submit. I spoke to my lawyer and they went to court to ask for the same document with a clear stamp. My attorney submitted the documents on the 04 April 2018 and the following ticket number was given, Tu: ********** ********** 57. Today I gave them a call and I was told that there is nothing on their system. I was made to hold for close to 20 minutes and the consultant just hang on me. Please help
