TransUnion ITC failures

I paid my default and waited 20 working days as required. ITC was not able to remove the default claiming IT issues. The default is still in my name, I am still in hostage by ITC Information Technology failures. This is serious as it affect my progress in life, it questions the role of ITC in messing up SA citizens lives. The banks and all credit providers including schools, take ITC serious and measure individual citizens against this entity. Its failure is a huge miscarriage of social justice.
