Transunion ITC does not give a damn about us consumers!

I thought Transunion ITC captures only truthful information but turns out we as consumers mean nothing to them. I gave them evidence that I have never skipped a payment on my Capitec Access Loan but did not even bother to look at my bank statement but rather looked a Capitec's nonsensical proof that I have skipped a payment where else Capitec went into my bank account earlier than my payday and debited I ended up incurring bank charges but still got their money via the debit order two days later but have the audacity to say I have skipped a payment but the proof is there on my bank statement showing the honored debit order. If we cannot trust Transunion, who else should we trust as consumers?
